Where to Get Automotive Service in the Tacoma, WA Area

If you own a vehicle, you’re going to need to get automotive service at some point. Whether it be your regularly scheduled maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, or something more serious like getting your brakes or tires replaced. If you live in the Tacoma, Washington, area, you might be wondering where you can get automotive service, and the answer is right here at one of our many Titus-Will dealerships. We have four dealerships right here in Tacoma plus two in Olympia and one in Lakewood, so we’ve certainly got you covered!

Schedule Ford Auto Service

If you own a Ford car, truck or SUV, then you’ll have three different options to choose from for where you can bring your vehicle to get serviced. We have a Titus-Will Ford dealership in Tacoma and in Lakewood, plus our downtown Tacoma location services all makes and models so you can bring it in there as well.

Schedule General Motors Auto Service

If you own a vehicle from one of General Motors’ brands, our Olympia GM location has certainly got you covered. General Motors brands include Chevy, Buick, GMC and Cadillac, so you can get something from any of those brands serviced at this location. Alternatively, we have a Chevy location right here in Tacoma as well. Again, our downtown Tacoma location can address any of these great brands.

What is regularly scheduled maintenance?

The most common reason you’ll need to bring your vehicle in for automotive service is regularly scheduled maintenance. There are many different kinds of maintenance services that you’ll need through the years of owning or leasing a vehicle, but the most prevalent of which is getting your oil changed. The schedule that you need to follow for oil changes and other regular maintenance varies from make to make, but you should be able to find a manufacturer’s recommended schedule with your owner’s manual. Here are a few other examples of regularly scheduled maintenance that you’ll need to stay on top of:

  • Tire rotation
  • Tire balance
  • Tire pressure
  • Alignment
  • Fluid levels
  • Fluid flushes
  • Air filter replacement
  • Battery replacement
  • Brake checks
  • Brake pad/rotor replacement

When should I bring my vehicle in for automotive service?

For starters, building off the previous section, you’ll want to bring your vehicle in for service according to the regular maintenance schedule for your vehicle. Outside of that, it’s a good idea to bring your vehicle in for an inspection twice a year or every 6,000 miles. A multi-point inspection means we take a look at just about every aspect of your vehicle to make sure it’s working properly. Your headlights, your tail lights, your turn signal indicators, your brakes, tires, transmission, battery, engine, cables, hoses, belts, fluids and so on.
