The powertrain includes a 5.5L twin-turbocharged DOHC flat-plane crank V8 engine tethered to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. It’s capable of generating up to 1,064 horsepower alongside 828 pound-feet of torque, which is not only the most power ever found in a factory Corvette, but it’s the most powerful V8 engine ever produced by an official automaker in America!
