2025 Hyundai Tucson Release Date & What's New

Published on Apr 13, 2024 by Titus-Will Creative Team

The Hyundai Tucson has been building quite the reputation for itself within the compact crossover segment over the past several years, but can you guess how many? 20! The Tucson was introduced back in 2005, which means this year marks the model’s twentieth anniversary. To celebrate, the automaker has given the SUV a mid-generation refresh, building both a smarter and more capable Tucson. We can’t wait to get our hands on one for ourselves, which will happen this June according to the release date announced by Hyundai. That’s for the gas models, while the hybrid and plug-in hybrid models will follow late this summer. With just a couple of months until it arrives, let’s touch on what’s new in the model and any other highlights that are going to make the 2025 Hyundai Tucson such an excellent option within its segment.

“The refreshed 2025 Tucson SUV expands the appeal of our full-spectrum eco-powertrain approach, offering internal combustion, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid models in a popular compact SUV design. With all-wheel drive offered on gas and hybrid models, customers can enjoy all-road, all-weather capability coupled with outstanding efficiency and an attractive variety of trims, including outdoor-focused XRT and sporty N Line models.”
